The right movement for children

How much exercise does a child need?

The Robert Koch Institute recommends at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day. According to a nationwide sample in Germany in 2018, only about 25% of children and adolescents aged 3 to 17 achieve this.

Why do children need more fun in sports?

Studies show: Children who develop a joy for movement are often still active in adolescence. The resulting sense of achievement supports a positive self-concept and self-efficacy.

Motivated through play!

As soon as movement becomes play, children train important movement sequences almost incidentally. You provide motivation through achievable goals that are tangible or visible to the child – such as counting thrown points.

In addition, you accompany the children to empowering experiences of success. This is good for self-confidence and increases the chance that the child will continue to enjoy movement in the future.
