The soft floor mat is specifically designed for active use in your educational facility. The blue polyester cover fits the edges precisely and permanently. This is ensured by sturdy seams and the use of high-quality materials. The corners are particularly durable thanks to beige faux-leather reinforcements. Unlike other soft floor mats, the KRAFT soft floor mat thus also endures in the long term, instead of tearing at the otherwise vulnerable corners and edges.

The soft floor mat can be wiped clean with household cleaning agents and disinfectants and is thus free of sweat and dirt in no time.

More safety

One thing was given special consideration during the manufacture of the soft floor mat: safety! Instead of creating trip hazards, the soft floor mat includes extras that help you create the right environment for successful gymnastics lessons. The loops are located at floor level, close to the underside of the mat, so you can tuck them under the mat with a simple movement. They disappear until you finish the lesson and conveniently reappear when you need them for tidying up. The cover’s zipper is also covered by the polyester cover and is positioned on the side of the soft floor mat for trouble-free gymnastics. We use only tested materials that are not only pleasant to the touch but also ideal for use with children.

Ideal size for every lesson

The soft floor mat has the ideal size of 200 x 300 cm. It fits in any movement room. Whether placed for a safe landing at the end of a vaulting box or for practicing a new skill — children come up with numerous ideas for how they can use the soft floor mat. The 25 cm thickness absorbs jumps effectively while still being flat enough to be stored to the side when the mat is mounted on a wall.

Safety inspection of your soft floor mat

Before each use

A quick visual check doesn’t take long and ensures the safe use of your soft floor mat. Look over the mat all around to make sure there are no trip hazards, such as hanging loops or open seams. The zipper should also be checked. It should be completely closed.

Every 3 months

A soft floor mat can be subjected to significant strain. Therefore we place great value on the high-quality processing of robust materials. Nevertheless, it is important to check the condition regularly to ensure sufficient protection during gymnastics. We recommend that you inspect the seams and the cover every 3 months: these should show no defects. The mat itself should also be evenly flat and not have bulges or large depressions. The carrying handles should still be firmly sewn and folded aside during use.

Annual inspection

This is particularly suitable at the beginning of the summer holidays. Many facilities carry out a material check at this time. The heavy use of the foam core can lead to defects over time. Therefore we rely on high-quality material. Nevertheless, it is important to inspect it annually. To do this, you can simply open the zipper and check whether the core is still intact. It should show no large tears or be broken into pieces. The homogeneous block ensures safe use and reduces the risk of injury.
