Sliding connector for wall & ceiling mounting of your soundproofing elements Easy installation The patented process for processing the 3000 g/m2 heavy special polyester gives our soundproofing elements their unique stability. This allows you to attach dowels and similar fasteners while providing reliable hold. This means you can attach the sliding connector directly to the mechanically stable special polyester of your new soundproofing element — for the rail on the soundproofing element as well as for the rail you attach to the wall or ceiling. For plasterboard (Rigips) we recommend using special anchors. Recommendation for Peaces soundproofing honeycombs 1 set contains 2 rails. We recommend at least one set per honeycomb, depending on mounting and load. Recommendation for Elements soundproofing panels wall 1 set contains 2 rails. We recommend at least 1 set for the small soundproofing wall and 2 sets for the large soundproofing wall. Recommendation for Elements soundproofing panels ceiling 1 set contains 2 rails. We recommend at least 1 set for the L soundproofing panel and 2 sets for the XL soundproofing panel. Recommendation for Heaven soundproofing cloud 1 set contains 2 rails. Slim acoustic honeycombs with particularly high sound absorption

Each element of our soundproofing collection is tested and has a sound absorption of 80–95%. To achieve this, we rely on the specially designed and patented processing of the right material. The 3000 g/m2 heavy special polyester is pressed to an attractive total thickness of 2.5 cm.

The right material

Pure and well tolerated

The special polyester used is 100% pure and, compared to other fiber materials, odorless, allergy-friendly and free of harmful chemicals. In addition, we rely on adhesive- and binder-free processing of high-quality materials certified as safe for contact with saliva. The smoothed surface is pleasant to the touch. Fibers that could cause irritation or other unwanted reactions are excluded with our materials.

Clean

An important factor is cleanliness due to the antibacterial properties of our material. A reassurance we provide thanks to resistance tested according to DIN EN ISO 846 against fungal and bacterial growth.

Fire-tested

You are also on the safe side with our soundproofing elements when it comes to fire protection. The entire collection is tested according to DIN 4102 and DIN EN 13501-1 and certified as B1 flame-retardant.

Recycled

Our soundproofing elements are made from recycled materials. From exactly the pure and skin-friendly material that you previously held in the form of clothing or PET bottles - polyester. Since no pollutants or the like are required during our high-quality processing, these are so-called high-tech materials. The recyclable elements are produced regionally in Germany and are classified with a positive emission behavior tested according to AqBB.

Heat- & cold-regulating

The thermally, mechanically consolidated material offers a high thermal performance factor of 76% and supports maintaining the desired room temperature. Undesired ingress of cold and heat is prevented, heating costs are reduced and pleasant room temperatures are maintained for longer despite sunlight.

Our high-quality soundproofing honeycombs are made of drill-resistant special polyester. This means you can drill directly into the material and dowels will find a secure hold in it.
