Ball pit basin
2 different sizes, blue
Ball pit - square basin made of foam
High-quality materials
Our ball pit has a foam core that gently conforms to the child's body. Because it has the optimal foam density, it springs back into shape as soon as the pressure is released.
The blue faux leather cover is not only a highlight in design and feel, it can also be wiped clean with household cleaners and retains its firm shape and suppleness even after active ball pit play.
Safe fun, soft support & the right balls
To offer children safe play that they can fully immerse themselves in, we chose a soft frame that gently cushions possible impacts.
The 40 cm height of our ball pit also guarantees an easy entry into the colorful play. To ensure the right balls provide injury-free enjoyment, we deliberately chose a pliable plastic. You can get our balls in 6 cm or 7 cm sizes. The 6 cm ball pit balls invite children to experimental play with the 4 primary colors,
while the 7 cm Creamy ball pit balls enchant with summery pastel colors. Both are ideal for grabbing, catching & throwing.
How many balls do you need for a ball pit?
For your ball pit we recommend: for a 150 cm basin size about 1600 of our 7 cm Creamy ball pit balls or 2000
of our 6 cm ball pit balls to reach a fill height of 30 cm. For a 200 cm basin size
about 3500 of our 6 cm Creamy ball pit balls or about 2500 of our 6 cm ball pit balls
to achieve a fill height of approx. 30 cm.
Funding opportunities
Dive into a sea full of possibilities
The ball pit is like a personal dream and adventure world for children.
They can play submarine or make their way like a fish through the sea of balls. What seems like simple play holds valuable potential to support various areas.
Motor skills & body perception
The slipping and moving balls require a sense of balance and coordination,
which strengthens the little ones' body awareness.
Colorful and soft, the ball pit contributes to the development of sensory perception.
Whether it's the sense of sight and perceiving different colors or the sense of touch
and grasping different shapes – the senses are challenged and promoted.
A lot can be experienced in our ball pit: hiding like in a cave, starting a ball battle,
roughhousing with friends or throwing the balls out and back in.
This combines enormous fun with valuable learning effects!
Social interaction
Playing in the ball pit strengthens the children's social communication.
Again and again, closeness and distance between the children are renegotiated and regulated through playful contacts.
Asserting oneself or giving others priority, setting one's own boundaries and respecting those of others – these processes are naturally triggered during play. At the same time, anger, stress or aggression are reduced and released.
Square. Safe. Stable. This is the ball pit from KRAFT.
